Submission, Acceptance and Publication Processes
- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Papers must be written in English and range from 12 to 14 pages, including references and appendices. - The camera-ready papers must follow the format and guidelines outlined in the author template, available on the conference portal.
- Submissions must be made via EasyChair and will undergo a double-blinded peer-review process.
- Acceptance will be based on originality, contribution to the field, and alignment with the conference theme.
Accepted papers will be published by Springer (ISBN). - Delegates will receive an electronic set of proceedings.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
