Submission, Acceptance and Publication Processes

• Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  They must be written in English and range between 300 and 500 words, Times New Roman, Font size 12.
• Abstracts must be submitted via EasyChair and will undergo a double-blinded peer-review process.
• Acceptance of abstract will be determined based on originality, contribution to the field, and alignment with the conference theme.
• Authors of accepted abstracts must submit their full papers through EasyChair by the specified deadlines, where they will undergo a double-blinded peer-review process.
• Acceptance of full papers will be based on originality, contribution to the field, and alignment with the conference theme. Accepted papers will be published by Springer (ISBN).
• At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
• Delegates will receive an electronic set of the proceedings.
